We apply the same team and the same standards to a limited number of client engagements each quarter. We take on work where systems discipline creates outsized value — and decline work where it doesn't.

MODE/01
Scoped Builds
Fixed scope, fixed fee, milestone-billed. Defined in a Statement of Work under our Master Service Agreement.
MODE/02
Embedded Sprints
Our engineers inside your team. Two-week cycles, weekly demonstrations, transparent velocity.
MODE/03
Architecture Engagements
Short, senior, decisive. One to three weeks, ending in a document your team can build from.
Boundaries
What We Decline
Open-ended retainers without defined scope. Speculative work. Engagements that compete with THRS venture verticals. If the work doesn't warrant infrastructure discipline, we're the wrong studio — and we'll say so in the first call.

The Standard We Hold
Our reference build is our own: FanPan, live participation and payments infrastructure deployed in the Kenyan sports ecosystem. We sell the standard we hold ourselves to.
