We apply the same team and the same standards to a limited number of client engagements each quarter. We take on work where systems discipline creates outsized value — and decline work where it doesn't.

Open-ended retainers without defined scope. Speculative work. Engagements that compete with THRS venture verticals. If the work doesn't warrant infrastructure discipline, we're the wrong studio — and we'll say so in the first call.
